1. Penalty Waivers
VaporFund reserves the right to waive penalties during extreme market conditions, platform emergencies, or validator failures beyond user control. Emergency withdrawals may be processed with reduced or no penalties at management discretion.
2. Processing Time
Early withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours. During high demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. Penalties are calculated at the time of withdrawal request submission.
3. Minimum Withdrawal
Minimum early withdrawal amount is $100 USDC. Partial withdrawals are permitted, but penalties apply to the full withdrawn amount based on the original lock period.
4. Policy Updates
VaporFund may update penalty structures with 30-day advance notice. Existing stakes maintain their original penalty terms until maturity or withdrawal.
